Don't forget to thank a veteran today.
So THIS is what it's like to live in a city with an airport!? And a darn good airport at that! I parked my car, went to the bathroom (twice, to check my hair!), checked in, went through security, got a triple latte, and am at my gate in less than an hour!
I'll be spending the next few days here...
Several days too short but I have to keep reminding myself that this is a work trip. My list of "must sees" is far too long for this go-round.

Have fun! I have always wanted to visit San Fran...it's actually the city where my parents met.
Be sure to enjoy yourself! I hear there are some fabulous restaurants in the area.

A definite must if you have time is to go to Chestnut and Union Streets. AMAZING shopping with fab boutiques. You're lucky--the weather is so nice here right now!

Any chance you will get to visit Alcatraz? Surprisingly, it was my favorite part of my trip there years ago. I highly recommend!
